Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Paypal Processing Fee

There is a 2.5% processing fee for all Paypal transactions, which will appear in your cart at checkout. If you wish to pay via EFTPOS, please call us at +61 (03) 5942 8580 and this fee will not apply to your transaction.

Cancellations for individual bookings

Payments will be refunded for cancellations received not less than 10 days prior to the date of arrival minus a $10 administrative charge.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the original booking for cancellations received within 3 full days of the anticipated date of arrival.

We will, however, make every effort to re-book the room for the period in question and, if successful, we will return the room charges for the nights that were booked minus a deposit fee of $100.

The above policies also apply in principle to reservations made using any Gift Certificate.

No show

If you have not contacted us and fail to check-in by 9pm on the day of your reservation the booking will be deemed a no-show. The room will be offered for immediate re-booking at that time. In the event of a no-show, the outstanding balance (incl. all taxes) for the whole length of stay as booked will be charged in full to the credit card on file. We will then seek to re-book the room for any additional nights of the original reservation. If successful, the pro-rated balance minus the original deposits and a $20 administrative charge will be credited back to the card.

Check-out and check-in

Our regular check-in times are between 2pm and 5pm. Should you be delayed or plan on arriving outside of these hours please call us to make arrangements for a late check-in.

Check-out is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged in advance.


We are not able to accommodate pets but can recommend local kennels and catteries.


We do not supply cots for babies and infants.

Group Bookings and Parties

Group bookings are at our discretion. No parties.


We supply linen and towels.


Smoking is strictly not permitted.


Please inform us when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.

Cleaning and Damage

A cleaning fee of up to $100 will be charged if the premises require extra cleaning.

All damage to property and/or contents must be reported and paid for. We reserve the right to request your credit card details as a bond. We respect your privacy and all details will be destroyed when no longer required.

Surrounding Properties

Guests are invited to enjoy the surrounding gardens but please do not enter other buildings on the property.

Privacy Policy

The personal information you provide(such as your name and email) is only used to contact you regarding the booking. With your permission, we may use your email address to let you know about upcoming events at Peppermint Ridge Farm, package deal offers and the like. Emails will always have an unsubcribe link.

Your personal information will not be sold or given to any third party.

We respect your privacy and guarantee that any personal information we require from you will only be used in relation to your booking and will be kept confidential.
